Gail Berlinger
Gail has worked in the fields of housing and community development for over twenty years and brings a passion for using learning as a tool to drive resources and impact where it is needed most. Prior to joining OppCo in 2023, she held roles in community development finance, affordable housing management, and LIHTC syndication. Gail has developed impact measurement methodology and program assessment tools, with a goal of translating data into learning and, ultimately, into action to better serve communities and their residents. Gail holds a BA in Sociology & French from Rutgers University and a Masters in Urban Affairs from Boston University. When she's not working, Gail spends as much time as possible at the beach or on the trails of her home state of Maine. She also loves mixed media art, baking, and yoga, but realistically (and happily!), much of her free time is spent driving carpool for her teen sons.
