David Gordon

David Gordon is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in educational institutions and non-profits. Most recently served as the Chief Finance Officer at The Center for Applied Behavioral Instruction, David excels in strategic planning, financial stewardship, and operational leadership. Previously, he held pivotal roles as Director of Finance & Administration at Westborough Public Schools, Director of Finance & Operations at Tenacre Country Day School, and the Director of Finance at Somerville Public Schools where he led financial planning, fiscal oversight, audit preparation, process improvements, and team evaluation and development.

With a robust background that includes roles at Boston Public Schools, MIT, MIT Lincoln Laboratory, and Verizon Communications, David has demonstrated expertise in budget management, contract negotiations, and operational efficiency. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Framingham State University. Additionally, David is a licensed School Business Administrator and Superintendent / Assistant Superintendent through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
