OppCo handles the complexity of asset management for its members. Asset management ensures that our members’ properties provide good homes and sound investments over their long lifespan.

We create and implement action plans consistent with the unique needs of each property and the business and the strategic objectives of the organization. Our services include:

• management of the financial investment including financial repositioning
