Kathy McGilvray Accepts MassDevelopment Role; Jessica Boatright Appointed Interim CEO

Kathy McGilvray, OppCo’s CEO, will be stepping down in mid-October to accept a significant new role as Executive VP of Finance Programs at MassDevelopment. The Board of Managers has appointed Jessica Boatright as Interim CEO to ensure a smooth transition. Jessica is a proven community development leader with over two decades of experience in affordable housing, strategy, and innovation.

Welcome to our new cohort of FEAHD fellows

The 2025-27 cohort of the Fellowship for Equitable Affordable Housing Development (FEAHD) is underway! Fellows started serving at CDCs across Massachusetts in August and kicked off FEAHD’s unique blend of skill building, mentorship and peer support in September. Through FEAHD, our fellows gain the skills to become project managers who are not only highly qualified but also deeply committed to community needs.
